Kevin (owner) was great to chat with, and he delivered exactly what we discussed and agreed on. He had a great crew that was super friendly and respectful of my neighbours. I was also impressed that they were working in the snow when they installed the first option of the fence.

Kevin and his team offered excellent after purchase support. Our fence was damaged by snow falling off the roof. After assessing the situation, the fence was repaired faster than I could notice. Emailed to schedule the repair only to find out, it had previously been repaired to its original state. Amazing job team!

I am so pleased with the wooden fence that was installed by Kevin and his entire team. The entire process was professional and well planned, the plan was detailed and precise, the estimates and invoices were accurate and the installation team were such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you all.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Kevin, Dany, and their entire team did at my house. Kevin was wonderful to deal with, and Dany and his team did an excellent job! From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work is excellent, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and to a very high standard. They definitely exceeded my expectations. What impressed me just as much as the quality of the work was how friendly, professional, respectful, and reliable the entire team was. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, and I felt completely comfortable having them work on my home. It is clear that Kevin cares about his customers. I highly recommend K. Joly to anyone looking for excellent workmanship and a team you can trust. I would absolutely hire them again for future projects!

Kevin and his crew did an amazing job. My fence looks amazing. A solid job that I know will last for years to come. From the first meeting with Kevin to the last board that was put in place, everything was professional. The job site cleaned up and left better than it was found by his great crew.

This is a long overdue review I should have done about a month ago as soon a my project was finished. I have no words to describe the level of excellence I experienced dealing with K. Joly. Since we started to entertain the idea last fall and we engaged them, Marinna was amazing, knowledgeable, professional and caring to the point of advising us against some potential upgrades we wanted to donin the front porch as they would compromise the concrete slab in the long run despite being this a slight decrease in the project scope. All the admin was incredibly smooth, all our questions where answered very professionally and patiently by Kevin and Marinna. When the time finally came we got the absolute cherry of the pie, our permanently dedicated crew composed by Anton and Jorge, with some help from a machinery operator a few days and another folk on one day but Anton and Jorge set the bar to a level I doubt some one can ever surpass it. Incredibly professional, polite, considerate of the impact in the surroundings, sooooooo attentive to details, didn't rush once but kept moving all the time working long days. Always so receptive to our feedback and always discussed all options to reach the best solution with our satisfaction in mind. This is absolute value we received, we could not be happier about how every dollar invested in this project translated into premium quality workmanship and materials providing a very much needed upgrade for our property. Looking at how deep they dug and how much substrate was dumped and how it was carefully and methodically packed, and then the top layer, I highly doubt I will ever need to use their unbeatable warranty. We had our driveway paved as well with a subcontractor that did a good job, but after dealing with Kevin, Anton, Jorge and Marinna, all I have to say to them is get in the paving business as well! If you keep those standards and specially the kind of employees I dealt with, you'll be absolutely unbeatable!

We had our entire fence and landscaping redone, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work from start to finish. The fence looks solid and well-built, and the landscaping completely changed the look of the property. They showed up when they said they would, kept the job site organized, and paid attention to the little details that really made the final result stand out. It’s rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but they absolutely did. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality fence work, landscaping, and a crew that actually cares about the finished product.

We had 6 posts of our fence come down in a storm and were in a tough position as our dog needs the back yard. I reached out to KJoly Contracting and was quickly provided a fair quote that beat the other 2 that I had gotten from competitors. The crew arrived on time and completed the work efficiently while being very cautious not to damage my property. I was impressed that they did not try and upsell me or add hidden fees. The cost was exactly what I was quoted. Quality work, a very fair price and great communication. Highly recommend.
