What Our Customers Have to Say
A Pool Tailored to Your Lifestyle
Every property and family is different. We take time at the design stage to understand how you want to use your pool and how the pool area should function as part of your overall backyard plan.
Bayto precast concrete pools are available in three space-efficient sizes (8′ x 16′, 8′’ x 18′, and 8′ x 20′), making them a great fit for Ottawa yards where you want a premium pool without sacrificing the rest of your outdoor living space.
Your Bayto pool can be:
- A compact plunge pool for relaxing and cooling off
- A family-friendly pool for play and summer gatherings
- A modern rectangular centerpiece with clean lines and built-in steps
Where helpful, we can work from concept sketches and 2D/3D visuals so you can clearly see the pool placement, patio layout, circulation, planting zones, and privacy elements before construction begins.
Premium Features & Options
To complete your backyard, we can design the pool area as a cohesive outdoor space and integrate features such as:
- Patio/deck surfaces (interlock or concrete), steps, and seating zones
- Landscape lighting to extend enjoyment into the evening
- Privacy solutions and fencing around the pool area
- Water features and focal points around the pool area (walls, fountains, spillways in adjacent features)
- Safety covers and seasonal-ready planning to simplify maintenance
Bayto pools also come fully equipped with essentials like a variable-speed pump, cartridge filtration, LED lighting, and a salt system, and the interior finish is a reinforced membrane selected by the homeowner.
Built For Ottawa’s Climate
Ottawa winters are real. Prolonged freeze and thaw cycles, heavy snow and wide temperature swings create significant stress on outdoor structures. Concrete and precast concrete pools, when designed and installed properly, handle this environment well.
Key climate related design choices include:
- Proper excavation depth below frost levels.
- Engineered backfill and drainage to manage hydrostatic pressure.
- Equipment installed where it can be winterized correctly.
- Interior finishes that tolerate temperature variation and water chemistry.
Bayto’s precast concrete shells and reinforced membrane interiors are engineered specifically for durability and watertightness, which helps protect against damage from movement and freeze related stress when pools are properly winterized.
K. Joly can also connect you with trusted partners for seasonal opening and closing services so the pool is safely shut down before freeze and brought back online in the spring.
Residential & Commercial Pools
Our concrete pool services are available for both:
- Residential backyards where families want a private retreat, a place to entertain, and a feature that elevates day to day living.
- Commercial or multi residential properties such as boutique developments, small condo projects, or hospitality spaces that require a pool designed and built with appropriate codes and coordination in mind.
In each case, we tailor our approach to the scale, technical requirements, and expectations of the project.
Why Choose a Concrete Pool?
Concrete pools are a premium option because they deliver long-term strength, a high-end look, and a solid feel underfoot. With Bayto, you get those benefits in a monolithic precast concrete pool designed for fast installation and flexible placement.
Bayto precast pools are offered in three modern rectangular sizes (8′ x 16′, 8′ x 18′, and 8′ x 20′) and can be installed in-ground, semi-recessed, or above-ground, depending on your site and design goals.
Homeowners choose this approach because it offers:
- A premium concrete structure with a streamlined installation process
- A durable reinforced membrane interior finish
- A clean, modern aesthetic that pairs beautifully with interlock, planting, and lighting
