Of the 3 contractors we contacted for the replacement of our old cast concrete front steps with new interlock steps, KJOLY was the only one that sent a designer to meet with us.  Their designer, Marina, was great; she listened to our requirements and came back  with an excellent design and material recommendations.  Although KJOLY was not able to start the project as soon as we would have liked, due to other commitments, the crew they sent were great.  They were professional, efficient , and friendly. We just finished a project that included our front porch, back deck, pool deck, interlock, and landscaping. I cannot recommend K. Joly Contracting highly enough. Kevin was exceptional in coordinating all aspects of the project. His attention to detail and proactive communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The team that worked on our decks demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship. The quality of the work resulted in truly elevating our outdoor spaces. Additionally, the crew who handled the interlock and landscaping, delivered meticulous results. They were not only skilled but also courteous, always keeping the job site clean and organized.
What really stood out was Kevin’s dedication to ensuring everything went seamlessly. He even went out of his way to help us resolve an issue that could have delayed the project, which we greatly appreciated.

Excellent job. Crew was hard working and polite. Cleaned up the jobsite every day, which the neighbours appreciated. Any collateral damaged to the property was remedied. After observing KJC install an awesome vinyl  fence next door last year, we spoke with the neighbours and Kevin Joly about the possibility of building a driveway gate at our house using the same material, and adjoining it to their fence. Kevin and team came up with suggested approach. We were impressed with design and the professionalism of the crew. They were very competent, tidy and polite. From Marina, who helped with the design, to the construction guys, Alex, Evan and Anton who were so friendly, clean cut and a pleasure to work with.
